Print-On-Demand Means Limited Returns
Every ArmyOfTees shirt is printed to order. We do not stock inventory, which means we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing changes, or change of mind. Please check our size guide and product description carefully before ordering.
When We Will Refund or Replace
- Defective product — the print is faded, misaligned, or the fabric is damaged.
- Wrong item shipped — you received a different size, color, or design than you ordered.
- Lost in transit — your order hasn't arrived within the shipping-window estimate (see Shipping Policy).
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email support@armyoftees.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (for defective/wrong-item cases).
- We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps — usually a replacement shipment, occasionally a refund to the original payment method.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Stripe typically posts refunds within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your bank.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to our fulfilment partner as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed at post), we'll contact you to reship — reshipping charges may apply if the address was incorrect.
