2. Who We Are & Our Purpose

Army of Tees is the umbrella home for a family of themed apparel brands. This site is informational and editorial: it introduces our brands, presents quotations and historical context from notable historical and public figures, and offers a browsable database of the tees sold across the family. All Army of Tees sites are operated for both commercial and educational purposes.

Any names, likenesses, or portrait illustrations shown here are used for educational and editorial purposes — to identify, attribute, and inform about the people quoted.

3. Purchases Happen on Our Brand Sites

This umbrella site does not sell products or process payments directly. When you choose a tee, you are directed to the individual brand site that fulfils it. Each purchase is governed by the terms, pricing, shipping, and refund policies of that brand site at the time of checkout. The Tee Database here is provided for browsing and educational reference and may not reflect live availability or pricing.

4. Commissioned, Made-to-Order Printing for Educational Purposes

Our brands print to order — nothing is printed until an order is placed. When you order from one of our brand sites, you are commissioning that brand to print the selected quotation and accompanying educational design onto a garment on your behalf, for personal, educational, and editorial purposes — to study, display, attribute, or share the words of the person quoted — and not for resale or any use that infringes the rights of a third party.

5. Intellectual Property, Likenesses & Takedown

Designs, layouts, typography, artwork, and site content are the property of Army of Tees and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Consistent with the standard practice for educational and reference materials, the words we print are brief, attributed quotations drawn from published, historical, and public-domain texts. Short quotations of this kind are used for educational and editorial purposes and are not claimed by us as exclusive copyrighted works; we make no claim of ownership over the underlying words of any author or speaker, and we present them to inform, attribute, and educate.

Portrait illustrations are stylized, AI-generated artistic interpretations (engraving-style line art), not photographs, used for educational and editorial identification of the person quoted. We do not derive revenue from any likeness that is not our own — our products feature the quotations. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any living individual depicted, and no such association is implied.

Takedown / opt-out: if you are (or represent) an individual depicted and wish your name or likeness removed, reach us via our Contact page.

6. Limitation of Liability

Army of Tees's total liability for any claim relating to this site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us directly. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for the acts or omissions of any third-party brand site or fulfilment partner.

7. Governing Law & Likeness Rights

These Terms, and any use of names, likenesses, or rights of publicity on this site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. By using this site, you agree that Florida law governs any claim arising from such use.
